Here are my current thoughts on alcohol consumption, based upon my current experiences and what I remember reading in the book.

You can have the zero carb liquors with diet sodas... It won't mess up your ketosis, but while the alcohol is in your system, you will not be burning your body's fat / losing weight. I remember the book wording it along the lines of "it won't mess up your ketosis level, but it puts fat burning on hold onto the alcohol is completely out of your system." Two slightly different ways to work it, but the same impact holds true. I BELIEVE this is true. I have to have less days I have that cocktail or two with dinner. I think a better option would be a dessert cocktail. Hours after your last meal. Thoughts?
