If I need a drink, I will opt for a vodka neat, or with some diet coke. Otherwise, a red wine, which kept me in ketosis. If you drink with some protein in your tum it slows down the absorption rate, which is better for your overall health as it helps you metabolise the alcohol.
So, grill up a steak and have a drink (in moderation). then, go for a run 8)
