Default New Member - Starting Atkins....a good start??
Hi

I have officially started atkins diet today. I am 20 years of age(male) and am the kind of guy who eats alot from outside(fastfood/Resturants). I only recently heard about atkins, and thought i might give it a shot since i tend to eat alot of fatty/protien foods :P. Since alot of people are far more experianced than me in this topic, i am just curious if this a good way to start:

Morning -

1x Bottle of Water - 500ml
2x Scrambled Eggs
1 Whole Meal Brown bread Toast + Omega 3 Margarine Spread

Afternoon -

- Tandoori Chicken
- Lamb Chops cooked in Olive Oil
- 3x Sheesh Kebabs (grilled)
- 1x 500ml water

Evening -

Probably anything from Sheesh Kebabs to Mixed Donner meat.
-1x 500 ml water

I tend to work out in the evening (weights ,cardio).

I am currently 182lb and 5ft6inch and want to slim down to around 140lb. I wanna look good for my brothers wedding(which is in a month and a half) and wanna drop weight fast, is this the way to go? If not, please advice me
