I am mostly schmuck-free, but I don't understand two of them:

A difference in what? Gender makes a difference as to who can have babies. Age makes a difference as to who can consent to sex or sign up for the military, drink alcohol, use tobacco products.

I am not sure how saying yes to that one would be schmucky.

I simply don't understand this one. What does whether you think "What's love got to do with it?" or not, got to do with it?

Kos, not sure, I just was browsing my fave website last nite and came across this schmuck questionnaire,
And don't know the writer's frame of mind except for the overall vibe she was trying to portray...
so all I could say is that since the questions are adult themed ....
Age, race, gender question....I think she means 'it makes a difference if any one person can be automatically trusted based on those' ? Or she means it 'makes a difference if any of those can automatically make a person better than another' or she means 'it makes a difference if any one of those makes them infallible and unable to get caught in the matrix' ?

And the what's love got to do with it meant 'having a sexual relationship with someone with no love in it ' ?
