Thanks for the link Hatha.......I did learn something new....you don't have to own the house in order to obtain a patent on the land........and......once you hold the patent if the company that financed you property sell the contract to another company you then no longer have to pay a mortgate because as a land owner you make the rules and not the loan company........and.....they cannot just walk in your property and carry the house away, the only way the they can do that is for you to give them your OK.

D'Mac?.......You can take a patent on the land all over the US but is something that the government don't want you to know.....the same as the tax that you pay for your house? it doesn't stay in the US.

Something else that I am investigating is the fact that the headquarter for the IRS is not even in the US but in Puerto Rico and as you know the Puerto Ricans don't even pay taxes as we do here in the states.......something fishy going on.
