Careful with anything "nano" that goes inside your body.

True story.

There are some nano-carbons out there. I've ran into one from Russia. Long story short, it was an element that apparently could do anything , not short of filtering everything from water. This form of nano carbon IS used by firefighters for water adsorption, and it does adsorb lots of contaminants, way more than regular carbon. Naturally, it was tried for drinking water filtration. Russians use simple method to test for water safety after filtration, they put crawfish into a tank with water. Guess what, crawfish died in nano-carbon filtered water, nobody knows why. Scientific explanation is something in the nature of nano particles being able to go right through body cells.
