He was diagnosed around May 15, so he didn't last long.
It goes to show, when something happens like this to someone you care about, don't waste time to see that person or tell them what you need to say.
Luckily he did get some time to put his affairs in order and say what he needed to those he cared most about.
I spoke to him this past week and he sounded good and in good spirits. It sounded like he had more time then first thought.
I told him I was going to make a road trip in the beginning of August and I would see him then. Me and a few friends were going to take him somewhere to celebrate his and our friendships.
That didn't work out.
