Does LaRouche pay for his guys to get interviews?

Was this interview recorded before, or after Obamacare passed the Court?

Obama is riding high on that wave right now, hoping to dethrone that currently makes me question his sensibilities.

LaRouche running independent (even though he doesn't even have a slight chance there either) would make him sound somewhat less unreasonable.
