whats poigy? I haven't been near a rendering plant personally. I have been told they are one nasty smelling place. My nose hasn't had the itch to try the smell as of yet.

They are a very useful fish. But like a chicken processing plant they have a very foul odor. One that I think is worse than pig/chicken and beef feed lots.
