What is 'Irish-Jew'?

Either you're IRISH or you're not. To me jews that do that want to have it both ways so that they have an 'out'..(as in out to Israel when going gets tough)

if you meet someone named "o'Silverstein" or "o'Spielberg", that's a good sign.
