I just called my local Sprouts market, and the government has seized all the raw milk off the shelves. Un-fucking-believable.

WTF?! Unbelievable. I was just at a small hobby dairy farm yesterday with one of my occasional raw milk suppliers, and I was joking about how I never tell anyone about him or else I'd have to kill them.

One of my friends thinks his operation is too small to attract scrutiny from the "authorities," but I think she's wrong. They are absolutely willing to spend millions on cracking down on these small producers despite being "broke."

It's a good thing I still don't know his last name or his exact address or phone number. I think it may be time for us to get him a membership in the Farm To Consumer Legal Defense Fund.

If anyone knows where I can buy some alternatives online I'd appreciate it. You can ask your local WAPF Chapter Leader, or see if Claravale delivers to a farmer's market near you. Their raw milk is pretty tasty, and they don't have any Holsteins AFAIK.
