It's also contained in most ground beef at the store. Buy your food directly from the farmer if at all possible.
I am lucky to live in Turkey. I buy my ground beef from the local butcher, and he grinds it fresh in front of me using cubes of meat. It is a little more expensive than the prepacked stuff sold at the supermarkets, but I know what I am getting. I'll spend at least $50/week at the butcher shop! Money well spent!
