Thats what, thirty million? Surely there are fifty million armed Red Necks in this country.

If they light the fire no one will be able to put it out.

If overwhelmed, the police and national guard will likely withdraw, let folks rampage and slaughter each other for a while, and then, when majority have satisfied their blood lust and craving for loot, they'll move in and re-establish the same authority.
