Isnt assault already on the books as a crime?

ANY time you see a politician introducing a new Bill that is already covered under the Common Law/US Constitution, rest assured the politician isnt smart enough to see he is helping with the destruction of the Republic.

We dont need any more Statutes Codes, Policies or Ordinances. We need to enforce the LAW that is already established.
