I'm still working on attempting to get my conveyances MSO so that I am no longer required to plate it. But that is proving to be a bit difficult.

You might apply for a DOT number. They have a checkbox "PRIVATE" as an option. That gets you out of the local political jurisdiction (make your own DOT plate).

It is far easier to get along with these political subdivisions when you agree at all times. Stay away from argument. Attorneys are licensed to argue. People are not.
