Interstate commerce is not an obscure concept it is the foundation of the Union. It is what caused the Feds to be created in the first place. To administrate commerce between nations, both within and without. Administrate commerce means to "interdict traffic". Basically that means send out your highway men to skim off a portion of the value of the "trafficked items". Another key principle backing the sovereign/freeman/state resident philosphy.

Of course the main problem is that stem cells are somehow a drug. Completely ludicrous claim.

The word drug itself comes from the Dutch word "droog" (via the French word Drogue), which means 'dried plant'. Some examples are inulin from the roots of dahlias, quinine from the cinchona, morphine and codeine from the poppy, and digoxin from the foxglove.
