The article confirms that the States are sovereign over the Fed and the Resident is soveriegn over the state they reside in. All the tools you need are available to you. You just have to push back. I'm interested in strategy. Nearly all strategy relies on overwhelming force for victory. Regardless of what it is, the objective is to be the superior force. All the preps, feints, manouvers. It's all about positioning for superiority. Get your state to declare that sovereignty (Virginia Lawmaker Introduces Bill to Nullify NDAA). The Feds are lost. They cannot stop what they are doing.
