Perpetuities do not exist in law with the exception of charitable trusts. The Articles of Confederation and the U.S. constitution are examples of charitable trusts.

The only way the Federal Reserve could be granted an unlimited charter is if they don't plan on making money.

The existence of the IRS proves that they plan on making money.
