even being as small as it is, a direct hit would cause a nuclear winter, right? unless of course it hit water. Bet that be some serious ripples.
Probably not, it has been estimated that the Tunguska meteor (1908 ) was about this size (60 m). And the effect of that meteor has been estimated to have been around 1/3 of the biggest nuclear bomb tested, the Tsar Bomba... I'll promise to praise the lord as long as I live if it hits Tel Aviv/Jerusalem...
