Im in the stay and fight crowd, no matter what.

GoD was talking about Pasadena. i remember reading about another family in Pasadena that was growing food in their front yard - REVOLUTIONARY !

if people like GoD & that family with the humongous garden left Pasadena - what would be left ?

there is a lot to be said for the stay and fight approach. among other things, you know what parts of the city are dangerous, you know what's going on, you know where the bodies are buried.

it takes time to learn that in a new town.

but perhaps eventually you will find land outside California for a good price. you pretty much have to win the lottery to buy land in Cali that has decent water rights.
