As for the entitlement mentallity woman with 2 children, while it is tragic, just wait until her ilk number in the millions and there is no more grub for the useless eaters. Government programs beyond immediate emergencies are corrupt. Corrupt programs corrupt people. People needing assistance begin to demand their entitlements and people who would be givers are now taxed out and withdraw from charity.
