My cousins husband in Croatia had a STATE SPONSORED operation go horribly wrong which resulted in the loss of his legs.

IF things go as planned we're going to be visiting Croatia next year and I'd love to be able to get him an electric wheel chair to make him mobile.

Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.
