I wonder how far this will be from the doomsday seed vault?

Pretty far away... Svalbard is like a 1000 miles or so north of the arctic circle... Luleå actually have quite a reasonable climate, you can swim in the baltic sea in the summer... I think the climate is similar to southern Canada... But tye winters are really dark, but temperatures would never go below -30F usually not below 0F
