I will never forget it, it has been about 10 yrs ago, a lady on my Greyhound board came home and found one her Greys dead on the couch. They got into a fight and their skin is so thin, while Frank wasn't trying to kill Iberia the injuries suffered were severe enough that he bled out on her couch. The blood was soaked thru to the carpet. So it can happen with any breed. You just have to do what you feel comfortable with and take the consequences if something happens. The offending dog died of old age not long ago. He was not an aggressive dog and if someone had been home, Iberia could have been saved. But it didn't work out that way.
That is not the first time I've heard of one Grey killing another. So sad. And I feel bad for the dog that killed her too... it wasn't his fault but I bet the owner didn't look at him the same anymore... Personally I would never leave a Greyhound alone with another dog, my Grandpa always taught me that they should be muzzled when loose together...
