I've found an amazing dog park for Moto. We don't go very often, only three times total now to tell you the truth, but it's perfect for a rare treat.

It's a LARGE park situated right beside a regular walking path and right across the street from a lake. Every time we've gone there's been a maximum of 5 other dogs there. The way the entrance is set up you can easily watch the whole pack interact and if they seem unbalanced or if there's a ruffian then we have the option of just going down the walking path or around the lake. All the owners I've met there are very strict about their dogs behaving well (so much so that Moto doesn't rough house with anyone) and I haven't seen a freak yet. Perfect.
