I think if they had someone there to actually enforce those rules it might be ok.
Like if someone was at a booth at the gate and checked vaccines and told owners to leave when their dogs were being retards etc.

That would be nice. But, most are county/city owned and that would mean paying someone to do that. It would be really cool, in a perfect world, if some rich old dude bought his own dog park and had all the bells, whistles, seperation by "type".. ahhh.. one day. lol
