Yes, 24/7 365. My dogs are collared and tagged. Their tags include their city license, their micro-chip tag, rabies tag, name tag and ID-tag. Their tags are all on the same ring so they don't hang all over the place. Their name tags have "if I'm loose I'm Lost" and "Reward" on it.
