Glad you get to keep him for now. Definitely a Small victory. But my advice still stands. Get him CGC certified ASAP. And if I were you I'd be looking to sell and get a home without an HOA/Condo association. Because somewhere down the road there very well could be more issues.

However if you insist on staying right where you are I certainly do hope you got it in writing from the Condo association that your dog is allowed to be there. And be sure to read all the fine print for any stipulations that could get the dog kicked out before agreeing to it.
