This ruling was decided by precedent? Any idea what previous court case they drew the new decision up from?
Oh, and I forgot to mention. If you need a lawyer in 2 years I will be available. Don't know if I will be a good one, but I will be there and ready to fight for your dog. lol.

The case itself IS the legal precedent. That's why everyone in MD is all freaked out. Because one backasswards judge in one civil court case made a ruling that affects every Pit Bull owner in MD. Yet further proof that one screw up with a Pit Bull type dog can cause such a horrible ripple effect. Bringing home what an awesome responsibility owning a Pit Bull is. I just hope the state hurries up and negates this ruling.
