the mention it by percentage of the breed in the total dog population.. but they shouldnt.. they should list it by breed and incident of breed. If 300 people own pugs and 4 pugs bite people, and 200,000 people own pitbulls and only 1000 bite people... the numbers speak for themselves..

My neighbors own 2 pugs...They come over and ask if my pit can come out to play with their dog because they want the pugs to be as well behaved as my pit..
