Every Banfield is a bit different. I've heard of both good ones and bad. We take all 3 of our dogs to the local Banfield and have never had a problem with them. Always had nice people and they have always taken good care of my animals.

There's a thread here somewhere that discussed different people's experience so you might want to search for that and give it a look over. In the end I suggest you go to the local one and see what you think of them and then make your own decision.
