Well my idea is to put him through like 6 weeks of really great workouts and then once we are both able to run for longer distances do that as an upkeep for his overall fitness and then get him started with his WP stuff, I want him to be nice and fit before he starts that.
Thats such a good idea. I will grab one of my little note books and just keep track from week one and get myself addicted to it, I used to have a book like that to write down random things and scribble drawing ideas and stories down.
I want to get him at a nice fitness and then keep him within 3 lbs of that at all times.
