I apologize if this thread has been done before, but I was bored and thought it would be fun!!

My fiance and I always have such a hard time coming up with names for our pets!! We had Harley for about 2 weeks before we named him. We could never agree on anything! Finally I gave my fiance a list of names and told him he HAD to pick one....so he picked Harley!

Ginger was fairly easy to name, due to her color. Not sure if she is purebred, but she probably isn't as she was a stray, but she is a beautiful deep red color, a lot of people ask if she is OFRN.

Repo was a rescue, and the name kind of fit since we kind of repossessed him from the shelter...not really, more like stole...but no need to get technical! (Repo passed away last week, btw. The vet thinks he had some neurological issues as he could not keep his body temp up.

)

We had trouble naming Keela. My fiance wanted to name her after some type of alcohol!

So, I came up with Keela, which is short for tequila. I told him that was the only way I was going to have a dog named after alcohol.

How did y'all come up with your dog's names?
