He did not give our dog to the guy, he made an arrangement/agreement.\
Chloe is right.. You didn't get anything in writing, much less notarized (legally binding). You don't have any proof that the dog is yours beyond your word over his. I'm sorry, but she is right.. Try to contact a lawyer. It's your best bet to let you know what legal options you have. Without money though, your options are limited.
