Unless you have a written,signed,witnessed contract, you are SOL,legally. Sorry if that's not what you want to hear but it's the truth. It's you word against theirs and personally,if I were a judge I would think you were full of shit. My first thought would be why did you just hand your dog over to a virtual stranger. Either you're really stupid or you're lying about something.

I already posted about this earlier in my thread, if you want to blame me for my boyfriends mistake that's your issue, it was not my fault she was given without my supervision. I am trying to get my dog back. If you're not going to help stop wasting both of our time.
