To the OP - I assume you took the Sasha to a vet, and they have records of that? And you have dated photos? It really doesn't take much to legally claim ownership of a dog.

If you have the full name of the man you gave her to, Google his ass and get an address.

You know the name of the person with the puppies - Google her ass, too, for an address.

Go to the address, and demand your dog and her puppies back. If they refuse, call the cops right then and there. Bring with you any vet records, photos, and if you can get notarized testimony that you you owned the dog from people who know you... that would be great.
