Maybe I misunderstood, but the guy that was saying rehabilitating dogs, was he referring to "vicious dogs" in specific?
In my opinion a truly dangerous dog should be PTS and only under very specific circumstances, should be rehabilitated. Not all dogs should be given that second chance.

However, what I DID like hearing was that these laws are not breed specific, even though I doubt it will remain that way forever, it still leaves some hope for the rest of us
