Frank is no Cesar Milan. I believe that he has trained or assisted in training 40+ dogs (he used to be TD of a local SchH club and bred working Rottweilers ), not so much the rehab the article is implying. He has certainly dealt with his fair share of serious, dominant, socially dominant and aggressive dogs. Some working line dogs are simply not pet or family material, but through training and discipline are managed safely (as well as not putting those kinds of dogs in situations where they may fail). What I agree with, is almost 100% of the time there are symptoms of a growing problem that the average pet owner is ill equipped to recognise or deal with.
