Truthfully, they don't even look all that "Bully" to me, but more pictures would help.

Oh and, this is my AmStaff, Sako, who is AKC & UKC registered.. just for another picture reference:

And yes, you should be able to register a dog with Bully lines with the ABKC. Although I'm not an expert on that registry, so others might chime in and have a more in depth answer. I know some people who get UKC registered dogs that are blatantly AmBullies that toss the UKC papers and register them with the correct registry.
