I think that Collar Mania just released some suede line collars, I believe Kady05 has one for Sako. I wonder if something like that would help? I know that you can also get collars from her that are satin lined, that may be an option as well. Even if you wanted to try a fleece lined one or heck, maybe even hemp like you stated, I'm sure Lisa from Collar Mania could help you!
