Really it depends on where you live and what the Animal Control laws are there pertaining to dogs and the like.
If your dog is likely to bite someone though, you should be very careful regardless of the laws where you live.
Is she aggressive?

Not in the least bit, she doesn't growl or bark or even have a aggressive stance with people (she is very submissive but not scared). But she is however very protective of me, so I am unsure on if she would ever do something to keep me from getting hurt
