I would move outside Colorado in general. I believe there are a few other counties that have really bad breed bans also. I can't remember which ones off the top of my head.

Move to Idaho. So far so good here, except for Payette county and who wants to live in Payette anyway?

Montana and Wyoming are pretty clear of breed bans also. I think the Butte area has had some proposed bans, but I don't think they passed. The Gallatin valley in MT is frickin' awesome. Okay done pimping the NW now.
