OMG. I do not beleive what I just saw !!! Did I just see that??? Really?? Did I ????

I am hoping I did NOT just see what I thought I saw.Sadly I think I saw correctly.All I can say is....WHAT THE FUCK is WRONG with people !!!! Not only is it screwed up that the chick was tossing newborn puppies into an icy river to DIE, a horrible death and thought that it was ok to do.... that someone was f*cking FILMING it and doing NOTHING to STOP her!!!!! There is way more HUMANE ways to handle a litter of unwanted puppies.It dumbfounds me that someone can do that without remorse or not feeling that it is wrong in some way. I'm speechless.I just don't understand how someone could do that?

I hope they find her and legally charge her the maxiumum sentance for EACH puppy she killed.I hope its a felony state too. I also think she needs some help,like mental help.It has been proven that those capable of doing callus, harmful and cruel acts to animals,commonly graduate to harming people(most commonly children,infirm or elderly).Poor puppies. Run free little pups,suffer no more. (RIP Puppy Babies)
