There are just some things that no matter when will still occasionally creep up and hit you right in the heart.

I fully understand how you feel. It has been 4 1/2 years since someone stole my girl Gabby from my backyard and I still looke for her when driving down the streets, or stop into the shelter for a walk through. I still cry sometimes wondering if she is still alive or happy with a new family.

Sometimes we just have a harder time letting go of something.

Maybe it's her way or even your own way of telling you to be a better owner to Beau.
