I honestly don't think it makes a difference. I've been told both it's more of a liability and less of a liability.
Yeah I have been told both as well. The K9 officer told us to have signs. we have outdoor dogs the guard the property at night, so if someone does jump the gate, at least they had warning. Plus most burglars would move on just seeing the signs. Honestly I really just think what matters is how good your lawyer is. Ive heard so many crazy stories in my crim classes where the burglar sues the property owners because he gets hurt trying to steal there things, and wins
