This has nothing to do with dogs but more about how dumb people are and don't read signs. There was this huge roid monkey I used to work with and there were signs all over the kitchen area for days saying something along the lines of at 3pm on such a date everything in the fridge will be thrown out. Well, his stuff was thrown out. He freaked out! Ripped open the garbage bags to get his stuff back and yelled at the old lady. His excuse, "I dont have time to read signs!!!".
