Did you know that if you have a "Beware of Dog" sign up, and your dog bites someone (or really does anything deemed aggressive), you are automatically liable (regardless of the situation) because by putting that sign up, you're admitting that your dog can be aggressive?
That's not necessarily true everywhere. While it may be true in your area, in an area in which I lived in Georgia, if you have a dog that is protection trained or a particular breed (the breed is county-based,) having a "BEWARE OF DOG" sign prevents you from being held liable in case someone is bitten by your dog. It is also a requirement of that county to display those signs if you have a dog that fell under the clause in their county law.
