How can you love your dog so much that you want to take it every where, but be so stupid that you would subject it to the heat!

I have talked to many people over the years about how hot it is or how cold it is or how hot/cold it's going to be. I find that people, in general, are not very aware of what's going on around them. They DON'T listen to weather reports and they are truly unaware of the weather's effect on others or animals as long as THEY feel okay.

I don't know how you fix that. To most of us, it's second nature. I don't know how people can be alive and not be aware of what's all around them.
