My observation after looking at different ABKC champions it seems to me the standard is big heads, wide chests, short legs, and must be atleast 10 pounds over a healthy weight. Im not bashing just making an honest observation.

Equally important are athletic ability

I won't even consider cleo an AmBully.. with all that drive and love be to worked? I'd say he is APBT on my book!

She is an American Bully, the pedigree decides what a dog id not how it looks. She just happens to have an owner who doesnt keep her 10-20 pounds overweight.
