Its way too quiet here at home. Its never been this quiet. I don't like the quiet. I miss his annoying little bark. It almost feels like a little peice of me died with him. I've never been affected this much by a dogs death. And I think it might be because he was so young but I'm not sure.

That was written so gut wrenchingly from the heart.
No fair making me cry before noon.
Even though we love them all the same, some just seem to take a bigger piece of our hearts with them when they go to wait for us.
I still mourn a 13 year old dog I lost in July of 1993.

I'm so sorry for your loss.
